CWRW OTLEY

Founded by Nick Otley in 2022, CWRW OTLEY began to take shape. Nick converted an unused outhouse at the rear of the Bunch of Grapes into an on site microbrewery. With a 500 litre brew length and 5x 500 litre FV's there is more than enough production capacity for the Bunch of grapes and some limited supply to trade. Focussing predominately on producing some of the best cask beers in Wales at a time when some other breweries seem to be turning their backs on cask. 

We produce a core range of cask beers and a changing range of specials, During 2024 we will be developing our keg range of beers to supplement our cask beers and hopefully late into 2024 we will start producing some mini kegs and cans that will be for sale in the Bunch of Grapes craft beer store and bakery, Cwrw a Bara. 

If you want to try our beers at their freshest then a visit to The Bunch of Grapes is a must. We have 5 handpulls and soon to be three keg taps available serving our beers alongside some of the very best independent brewers from across the UK. Although American and European hops currently feature in CWRW OTLEY beers, we are committed to swapping most if not all of our hops out to British varieties to support the local Hop growers in the UK. We have also begun to grow some of our own hops on site at the Bunch of Grapes and we hope as they mature to be able to make at least one beer a year from our own harvest.
