OTLEY
CWRW OTLEY is the phoenix from the ashes, bringing back some past "Otley Brewing Company" beers alongside some exciting new flavours. Originally started in 2005, Otley Brewing Company ceased in 2017. Nick Otley one of the founders of Otley Brewing Company decided in 2022 to bring back Otley beers and install a 500 litre microbrewery on site at the Bunch of Grapes. With a revised format and rebranded as CWRW OTLEY, the beer started to flow once again in November 2022.

Get to Know Us
Founded by Nick Otley in 2022, CWRW OTLEY began to take shape. Nick converted an unused outhouse at the rear of the Bunch of Grapes into an on site microbrewery. With a 500 litre brew length and 5x 500 litre FV's there is more than enough production capacity for the Bunch of Grapes and some limited supply to trade. Focussing predominately on producing some of the best cask beers in Wales at a time when some other breweries seem to be turning their backs on cask.

Hops

Although American and European hops currently feature in CWRW OTLEY beers, we are committed to swapping most if not all of our hops out to British varieties to support the local Hop growers in the UK. We have also begun to grow some of our own hops on site at The Bunch of Grapes and we hope as they mature to be able to make at least one beer a year from our own harvest.
